We are seeking a UK CAA-licensed Aircraft Engineer for a two-month contract in South East Asia, working on B737 NG/MAX (mandatory) and A330 (preferable) aircraft. This short-term assignment (May & June 2025) is ideal for professionals looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute their expertise while ensuring aircraft meet all regulatory and operational requirements.
- Perform line maintenance, troubleshooting, and defect rectification on B737 NG/MAX (essential) and A330 (preferable) aircraft.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, maintaining safety and performance standards.
- Work under the guidance of the Shift Supervisor and collaborate with the team to meet operational goals.
- Be accountable for all work performed under your approval and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date with local Line Station procedures and other station processes if temporarily reassigned.
- Implement updates to aircraft, company, or customer manuals as directed.
- Support strategies to optimise maintenance activities for on-time departures, reliability, and safety.
- Uphold Health & Safety standards in alignment with the company’s Safety Policy.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as reasonably assigned.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
- UK CAA Part-66 CAT B1.1 Licence valid for B737 NG/MAX (mandatory), A330 (preferred).
- Hands-on line maintenance experience on relevant aircraft types.
- Up-to-date Human Factors, EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety, and recurrent training for listed aircraft.
- Ability to use technical documentation, E-Logbooks, and ensure compliance with UK CAA and company quality standards.
